RAINBOW RESIDENTIAL PLAYSET WARRANTY

An important note about wood and our warranty. The wooden components in your Rainbow Play System will have imperfections. We remind you that seasonal checks and surface cracks, knot holes and knots, natural characteristics of wooden play equipment not resulting in structural failure are not covered under this warranty. Please supervise your children’s play activities and maintain your play equipment periodically. Maintenance includes tightening the play system every few months if necessary and applying a fresh coat of stain/sealant every 1-2 years or less depending on use. We offer a maintenance package where we can come service the play system for you.
